OAP Soundcity Sheye Banks began his radio career in the United Kingdom as an intern at AHBS, Kent in 2010, before returning to Nigeria to pursue his radio goals.

After graduating from the University of Lagos, he began his career at Unilag FM, and he later joined the Kiss FM franchise stations in Lagos and Abuja.
